This is a freelance job (part-time), NOT a full-time job. Whether you're currently full-time somewhere else or freelancing, if you can manage your time, you are still welcomed.
Job Requirement:
- Native Malay speaker
- You know how to write in Bahasa Melayu
- I mean not like a boring 'karangan' during your SPM, but in favour of local Malaysian context in interesting way
- Know a little bit about SEO (Hint: Google it)
- If you know more about SEO, that will be an added advantage
- But if you don't know about SEO, we will teach you
- As long as you have the attitude, we will show you the way
- We will give you titles
- Titles ranging from finance, jobs, living, relationship, travel, education etc
- You have to write 800-1000 words per article
- It's approximately 2 pages of Microsoft Word
- Minimum 3 articles per week
- Deadline to finish all 3 articles is within 7 days
- The pay, RM40 per article
- Real flexible hours
- As long as the job is done, we won't disturb you
- You can work from home or let's go to Starbucks
- Occasionally, we can have a meet-up for quick discussion
- Proofread final draft of content and edit copy to ensure fitness for publishing
- Revise and update written or published content when necessary
- Actively coordinate and participate in discussions and meetings with the team
- Please send us a sample of your writing for evaluation
- Hint: Do not send your existing journal, thesis, script, published news, viral story etc.
- Yes, that's a content too, but not the content that we want.
- Usually, when we receive that kind of sample, automatically sent to trash
- Write a fresh content; in an SEO way. Google it.
