CARA KERJA:

1. PILIH KERJA YANG INGIN DIIKLANKAN 

Semua senarai kerja dikategorikan kepada beberapa peringkat (tiers), dimana anda boleh memilih daripada Tier 15 (RM0.15 untuk setiap satu pendaftaran), Tier 30 (RM0.30), Tier 45 (RM0.45), Tier 60 (RM0.60), dan Tier 75 (RM0.75). 

Jumlah wang akan dibayar kepada 50 pendaftar pertama mengikut kadar yang ditetapkan dalam Tier namun akan dikurangkan kepada satu tahap Tier yang lebih rendah untuk 50 pendaftaran kedua.

Contohnya, anda mengiklankan kerja kosong Tier 45, RM 0.45 akan diberikan untuk 50 pendaftar pertama dan diturunkan kadar kepada Tier 30, diikuti dengan 50 perdaftar seterusnya sehinggalah Tier 0. Kami akan menghantar SMS kepada anda setelah kadar Tier berubah.

Tier 90 merupakan pekerjaan yang begitu 'hangat' dimana ia memerlukan pekerja dengan kadar segera. Anda akan menerima e-mel secara automatik apabila tawaran kerja di peringkat ini telah dibuka.

2. MULA MEMPROMOSIKAN KERJA 

Setelah URL bersama Ref Code sudah lengkap, anda boleh pilih cara untuk mengiklankannya : samada melalui artikel, pos blog, media sosial dan sebagainya. Anda lebih mengenali pembaca anda.

Kerja yang ditawarkan adalah dari pelbagai bidang. Contoh kerja yang di tawarkan:
Non-Exec: Despatch, Sales Assistant, Driver dsbnya.
Exec: Manager, Programmer, Graphic Designer dsbnya.

PERHATIAN!
Semasa mendaftar, WAJIB UNTUK SERTAKAN ALAMAT URL FB DAN BLOG/ WEBSITE ANDA. Sekiranya tiada blog/ website anda boleh GUNAKAN ALAMAT FB ANDA.

Ini kerana ramai yang mendaftar tapi oleh kerana tiada blog/website permohonan mereka masih pending.

Sekali lagi:

Memerlukan Part Time Recruiter Sambilan Sehingga Rm5000 sebulan TANPA MODAL.

Syarat Kelayakan:

• Perlu memiliki komputer (Desktop/ Laptop)
• Perlu ada GMAIL
• Sambungan Internet Yang Baik
• PERLU memiliki BLOG/ WEBSITE DAN FACEBOOK PAGE (blogspot, wordpress, tumblr etc pun boleh. FB Page tak kira page apa asalkan ada follower yang ramai >100 fans)

Jika Ali mendapat kerja tersebut, maka anda juga akan dibayar.

Contoh 2: Anda mendapat 50 application terhadap iklan kerja Clerk tadi. Andaikata 50 applicant tadi semuanya PASS dari segi syarat yang diperlukan oleh majikan. Maka untuk 50 applicant tadi anda masih DAPAT KOMISYEN. Jika 1 applicant tadi mendapat kerja, anda juga DIBAYAR KOMISYEN.

This project consists out of 2 main tasks: - Receipt Validation - Receipt Moderation (=Data Entry) Language: - The receipts are all in Portuguese as you'll be working on the Brazilian dashboard, but you do NOT need to be able to speak or read Portuguese. Period: - Start Date: per direct after hitting the commit button - Completion date: ongoing - indefinite period - Minimum Commitment: 2 weeks



Minimum requirement: - Validate 500 receipts per week or Moderate 150 receipts per week - a combination of these tasks is allowed - On average it would take you approximately 2 hours per day, 5 days per week - You can work on this project 24 hours per day, 7 days per week 

Payment: - On average this project pays RM 1.50 per hour - Validation - Approved: RM 0.015 - Moderation - Approved: RM 0.060 - Validation - Rejected: RM0.008 - Moderation - Rejected: RM0.008 THERE IS AN INCENTIVE/BONUS SCHEME IN PLACE FOR THIS PROJECT AS WELL.
