Semua senarai kerja dikategorikan kepada beberapa peringkat (tiers), dimana anda boleh memilih daripada Tier 15 (RM0.15 untuk setiap satu pendaftaran), Tier 30 (RM0.30), Tier 45 (RM0.45), Tier 60 (RM0.60), dan Tier 75 (RM0.75). 

Jumlah wang akan dibayar kepada 50 pendaftar pertama mengikut kadar yang ditetapkan dalam Tier namun akan dikurangkan kepada satu tahap Tier yang lebih rendah untuk 50 pendaftaran kedua.

Contohnya, anda mengiklankan kerja kosong Tier 45, RM 0.45 akan diberikan untuk 50 pendaftar pertama dan diturunkan kadar kepada Tier 30, diikuti dengan 50 perdaftar seterusnya sehinggalah Tier 0. Kami akan menghantar SMS kepada anda setelah kadar Tier berubah.

Tier 90 merupakan pekerjaan yang begitu 'hangat' dimana ia memerlukan pekerja dengan kadar segera. Anda akan menerima e-mel secara automatik apabila tawaran kerja di peringkat ini telah dibuka.
