Info Survey Group (M) Sdn Bhd, an established marketing research company based in KL, currently looking for Telephone Interviewers to join us on an ongoing or part time basis. We provide attractive remuneration package, good chance to exposure and gain experience on marketing research.
Job responsibilities:
-To conduct outbound calls to collect customer's feedback
-To measure customer satisfaction and improved services.
-To handle customer experiences.
-Training will be provided.
This is not a sales job, it is strictly market research !
Market Research Interviewers are responsible for conducting telephone surveys with product users throughout Malaysia on a variety of topics including their products views, buying habits and opinions on consumer satisfaction and other issues.
Able to commit for at least 6 months.
Working hours from 9am – 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Should be meticulous as work requires a high degree of accuracy
Follow set questions on the survey questionnaire
Able to communicate in Malay, English and Mandarin.
Experience in telephone interview/telemarketing would be an advantage.
