Operation Crew is the main
contact person in the hostel. He/She plays an important role when
dealing with our guests including provide excellent customer service and
maintains the cleanliness of the hostel. He/She must be presentable and
able to communicate with our guests when handling simple enquiries.
He/She has to ensure the rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are always
clean and tidy.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Check-in and check-out
- Inventory check
- Handle guests enquiries
- Perform room make up/basic cleaning
Qualifications and Skills
- No experience are welcome to apply
- Able to speak Malay and basic English
