Office Admin Upper Class Collections - Bandar Sunway

RM 50 - RM 100 a day - Part-time
 
Job Summary
Upper Class Collections is a new foreign owned debt collection agency operating in Bandar Sunway. We have offices in Australia, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia and Philippines. We require a new team member who is available to start work for two days a week including Saturday. You are required to keep our bookkeeping up to date and ensure the director is up to date at all times with the financial wellbeing of the office. You will be required to perform other admin duties as required. As the office grows, more work will become available and the option to work full time will become available if you wish it.


Responsibilities and Duties
-Keep all bookkeeping up to date.
-Communicate with Government agencies as required.
-Ensure all bills are paid.
-Keep up to date all reporting.
-Properly store and manage all records.
-Complete all admin tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills
The applicant must have the following skills:
1. Computer knowledge.
2. At least basic bookkeeping knowledge.
3. Basic administration skills.
4. Must have a good knowledge of English and Bahasa.
The applicant must possess the following:
1. Independant, but able to work in a team.
2. Must possess high levels of integrity and honesty.
3. Hard working.
4. Be punctual and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
5. Well groomed.
6. Able to take responsibility for ones actions and ensure all tasks are completed.
