Scope
- Daily route planning / scheduling and driving
- Dispatch: Completing customer pickups and deliveries
- Communicating with customers in a polite and friendly manner
- Maintaining and updating Mama Wosh driver app throughout the day
- Act as brand ambassador for Mama Wosh
Responsibilities and Duties
- Driving & motorbike licence and eligible to work in Malaysia
- Have good spoken and written English
- Polite, professional and friendly manner
- Own a smartphone (Android or iOS) & be familiar with using modern apps
- Good knowledge of Klang Valley / Greater Kuala Lumpur
- Drivers with an own vehicle preferred
