- Provide IT technical services, supports, troubleshoot
- Give solutions to customers in hardware, software, networking, server, ERP Software, either remotely or on-site.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- 50 Part-Time and Contract position(s) available.
- Area needed:Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Perak, Kedah, Perlis, Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan, Langkawi.

- Able to do a rotation shift (day shift, night shift, midnight shift).
- Candidates who are currently working in any company as IT-related personnel and like to have a part-time job for extra income are encouraged to apply.
- Possesses own transport (car).
- Possesses good working attitude & personality.
- Have experience at least 1 year, in the area of service support, network 7 onsite troubleshooting on general software & OS like Windows, Windows Server, Linux, etc.
- Added advantage if having knowledge & experience in MAC OS (Apple Computer) & Apple Computer hardware (repairing & supporting).
- Able to learn fast, adapt, troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
