Language Interpreter (English) (Work from home/ home-based)

This position is open to most locations within Malaysia as it's home-based. The position may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.

Remuneration:

• Work from home/ home based: 40 hours per week / based on schedule / Night & Evening rotating shift / change schedule every quarter
• Salary range from RM5280 - RM14000 * EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, MC, Medical Coverage and Insurance

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Speak, Read & Write) and
• Own laptop with camera / PC with webcam
• Must be willing to work at home (Based at where you are located)
• Home Broadband with min upload speed of 1mb and download speed of 5mb
• Based at home
• Own Smartphone. Requirements: IOS 10 & above / I-phone 6 & above / Android 6 & above
• Must be willing to work on rotating shift for 8 hours following the required schedule by the client. (Night & evening Shift) * Entitled to 2 days off in a week which will be rotating any day

Malay Speakers - Malay Transcription DiPerlukan

Transcription project for Malay:

 

Requirements: native speaker of Malay language

Workload: Flexible (preferably 20 h/week)

Estimated Duration of Project:  4-6 months, it may extend.

Estimated Task Duration: 20 minutes per 1 minute of audio

Estimated Start Date: Immediate

Task description:  Contributors will listen and transcribe audios in Malay in provided tool.

Compensation: $8 USD per hour

The project will take place through the WorkMarket platform. If you are interested in participating, you will need to register in WorkMarket and join our Labor Cloud for Malay Speakers.

In order to successfully join the labor cloud, you will need to sign the Service Level Agreement 2019 and pass the language test. Let us know once you have completed the registration process.     

Those selected will be provided the project guidelines to review and then will need to pass a short transcription test prior to starting the actual work.

We are looking for freelance writers with specific expertise in the global video gaming industry. Writers need to possess excellent written fluency in English, and turn stories around in a matter of days.

Writers who are able to demonstrate a track record covering video game updates, gameplay reviews, and console news on various gaming platforms (eg. PC, PS4. mobile gaming) will be prioritized. Ideally, applicants should also demonstrate discerning editorial taste when it comes to game previews and reviews.
