We are looking for motivated and affable individuals who can work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • Front desk duties.
  • Receive incoming calls and reply emails. Provide excellent service by responding to customers’ enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Act as single point of contact for all customers.
  • to perform simple admin and cashier duties.
  • to perform ad hoc duties when assigned.
  • Assists in event sales.
  • Assists in follow up sales.
  • Assist in setting up of rooms for event.
  • Collect course fee, prepare invoice, receipts, and handover forms.
  • Preparing course notes or Book and certificates for the students.
  • Maintaining databases by keeping everything clean and updated.
  • Assist and co-ordinate in outdoor or indoor events, exhibitions, etc.
  • Data entry.
Requirements
  • Preferably with Customer Service experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Good team player, enjoy meeting people and services oriented.
  • Has good initiative, able to work independently and self-driven.
  • Communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service, cheerful and outgoing personality.
  • Pleasant disposition and personality.
  • Promoting nature enrichment Seminar/event.
  • Good communication skills and written in English & Chinese.
  • Well organised, meticulous. able to demonstrate good teamwork and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must possess good speaking skills and be able to articulate themselves well.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: RM15.00 to RM18.00 /hour
