  • Minimum level of education: High School
  • Years of experience: 1 year
Job Scope/ Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Prepare monthly progress claims
  • Arrange deliveries of courses to parents/students by preparing DO
  • Manage correspondence (letters, packages & etc.)
  • Track stock of office supplies
  • Sorting and filling correspondence
  • Scanning and uploading documents in internet
  • Courier of documents
  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Other ad-hoc duties
  • To support overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in office
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: RM5.00 to RM6.00 /hour
