- Years of experience: 1 year
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Prepare monthly progress claims
- Arrange deliveries of courses to parents/students by preparing DO
- Manage correspondence (letters, packages & etc.)
- Track stock of office supplies
- Sorting and filling correspondence
- Scanning and uploading documents in internet
- Courier of documents
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Other ad-hoc duties
- To support overall administrative work and ensure smooth running of daily operation in office
Salary: RM5.00 to RM6.00 /hour
