Job Responsibilities :

  • To maintain the database by entering customers and suppliers information into the new system.
  • Enter and code financial transactions appropriately.
  • Process payment to the supplier and receive payment from customers.
  • Issue invoice to customers using the new system.
  • Check all financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Maintain and update general ledger.

Job Requirements :

  • Preferable with data entry or basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, attention to details confidentiality.
  • 3 months contract position available
