Responsibilities :

• To achieve and keep up to team performances
• To assist in recruiting and managing team
• To mentor a team in along run
• To motivate,train,coach and counsel
• Provide guidance to the team on developing customers acquisition,customer relationship management and cross selling.

Qualifications and Skills
Requirements :

• Minimum SPM and above.Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• With or without experience.Training will be provided.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead,train and manage a team.
