As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will provide first class customer service to clients via phone and e-mail.


You are also expected to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accept inbound calls;
  • Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues;
  • Adhere to client-defined processes and procedures and company policies;
  • Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements;
  • Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests and actions taken.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Willing to be trained 8 hours a day
  • Willing to work 8 hours on Saturdays and Sundays, Afternoon or Night shift, (weekday work is optional and will be a maximum of 4 hours only)
