Lead by example. Provide a warm, engaging, upbeat and positive energy while serving all members, guests, and team members in Cycology. This means a warm welcome, and fond farewell, always using their names and constantly focusing on exceeding expectations. And, executing all functions of cleaning, transaction handling and day-to-day operations. Specifically : Greet and manage every member and guest in a welcoming, professional and energetic manner. Execute all opening/closing procedures and operations, efficiently Manage the retail section of the gym Facilitate new member/guest sign up and transactions. Maintain high levels for cleanliness and organisation in all areas in the Club. Ensure the safety of members, guests and team. To do well in this role, you must communicate well in English and have a customer-first attitude. Some retail experience is a plus. You must be organised, able to think n your feet and know where to go to find solutions. Strong work ethics and integrity are also critical.
