JOB DESCRIPTION
Previous experience in cosmetics/beauty field preferred. Other service oriented sector is welcomed.
Able to converse well in English language. Comfortable with team work and possess professional attitude and ability to be flexible and deal with change.
Position Available in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Subang & Petaling Jaya.
- To provide customer service while generating sales for the Brand.
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Assist in dealing with customer complaints.
- Assist in ensuring for security within the store and being on the lookout for shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.
- Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Execute the daily operational, day-to-day goals and priorities assigned by store management
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Passionate in meeting people
- Enjoy the challenging and rewarding sales environment
- Support and work as a team in achieving sales target
- Provide support in maintaining the Brand and store image
